Dr. Greg Lane

An LVI trained dentist, Dr. Greg Lane is a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute, a premiere post graduate dental learning institution dedicated to empowering dentists with cutting-edge knowledge and techniques.

In addition to general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Lane specializes in neuromuscular dentistry, which looks at the joints, muscles, nerves, and teeth as a whole system. Misalignments in this system can result in a variety of chronic conditions, from headaches and pain in the neck and shoulders to sleep apnea and depression.

Greg Lane graduated from Geibel High School and completed his undergraduate work at Washington and Jefferson College. He completed graduate studies in Medical Physiology from West Virginia and Duquesne Universities.

Following completion of his graduate studies, Dr. Greg Lane earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh in 1990, with electives in Prosthodontics, Forensic Odontology, and Dentistry for the Handicapped.

After graduation, Dr. Lane gained valuable experience in a general practice residency at the Medical College Hospital in Toledo. His residency program included advanced training in Operative, Endodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, and fixed and removable Prosthodontics.

Following his residency program, Dr. Lane took a teaching position as a clinical instructor at the Medical College Hospital Department of Dentistry and attended to a private practice in Sylvania, Ohio. In 1993, Dr. Lane returned home to open a private practice in Greensburg, where he has been a general and cosmetic dentist for over 15 years.

At the Lane Center for Advanced Dentistry, Dr. Lane focuses his attention on current technology and cosmetic and general dentistry; he has kept current with advances in dentistry through continuing education, perfecting his skills in aesthetic dentistry with clinical training at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), The Ross Nash Institute, dental laser studies at the Institute for Advanced Dental Technology, the CEREC 3 Clinical Mentor program for Patterson Dental - Pittsburgh Branch, and CAD CAM training in Aesthetic Dentistry.

Dr. Lane continues to invest in state-of-the-art equipment and training, bringing the best in dental services to Greensburg and the Greater Pittsburgh area.
